The 17-year-old is only in his second year in the adults' A race at the event but he was the clear winner ahead of clubmate Ned Potter.
That was the highlight of eight races involving more than 800 runners who produced some excellent times around the tight course that has proved popular now for nearly three decades.

Hide AdPortsmouth's Ellie Farrow was the first woman home in the A race, while there were some familiar winners in the junior and secondary school races.
