Bank Holiday Monday saw the Iham Cricket Club of Winchelsea play its annual fixture between teams of full and part time residents
The Iham Club plays only two matches each year with the other fixture on Whitsun Monday.

The fixtures are intended to bring different parts of the community together, young and old, part-time and full-time. It also provides an excuse for a cricket tea and this year's tea was judged to have been one of the best.

The match was won by the full-timers (the Permanent Fixtures XI), who scored 100 for 9 declared. The part-timers (the Occasionals XI) came close with 97 all out. Man of the match was Owen Hopkins with 70 runs.
