Teen to be sentenced over Market Square incident
A BATTLE teenager has pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour following an incident in the town centre back in the summer.
The 14-year-old boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, admitted the offence under section 4 of the Public Order Act at a hearing at Hastings Youth Court.
Police were called to Market Square in Battle on Monday August 30 following reports that a man had been attacked.

Hide AdThe 39-year-old victim was taken to hospital with a head wound, but released from the Conquest Hospital the next day.
The 14-year-old is expected to be sentenced later this month.
He has been released on conditional bail.
