She set the account up after Summer ‘literally begged’ her to use the platform.

“They all think that we’re a really nice family.”
The Gills’ videos follow the family as they installed a pool in their back garden and revealed innovative life hacks such as wearing shower caps over visitors’ shoes to stop dirty footprints going on the carpet.

Psychology student Jo said she hopes Summer can grow with TikTok.
She said: “She’s got such a natural humour. She has me in tears of laughter all the time.”
But Jo added that she’s careful to make sure TikTok doesn’t have a negative affect and that she would pull the plug on the account if necessary.
