Even though I'm on regular medications, my symptoms never go away.
I have good days and bad concerning my moods and, mostly, I'm freezing, walking around with three jumpers on and a hat just to stay warm.
My partner is not so understanding.
He thinks I "don't help myself", but how do you help yourself when you constantly feel unwell and tired?
