Much of our lives are filled with distractions: the mobile phone, all forms of technology, the television and much, much more.
To take time and reflect can be immensely beneficial and this can be done at any time, not least at the end of our day, at any time of the year.

An important part of making good preparation for Easter is to give consideration to those less fortunate than ourselves; those whose lives, for one reason or another have become difficult to bear.
There are many such forms which blight people’s lives, here in Horsham as much as anywhere in our country. The giving of self to others is a most valuable way in which we can make sense of our own lives, helping us to make a good Lenten journey and beyond!
