As reported previously the proposed development is on a green field site adjacent to a conservation area which would have a significant effect on the local community, the Sussex countryside and surrounding wildlife.
This is a rural area and if additional training facilities are required at Brinsbury College there is adequate room for these to be established within the existing campus on the other side of the A29 which is well screened from the road.

Hide AdNot mentioned in your article last week are additional interested parties, including the manufacturer of industrial pollution filters , a plant (digger) hire, sales and repairs entity and a concrete product (tiles, pipes, kerbs) manufacturer. All of these will generate a huge increase in heavy, noisy and polluting vehicles, unsightly storage of goods, as well as light pollution and the potential for further road traffic accidents on this busy road.
