New house in Eastbourne may have to be demolished

A spokesperon at Eastbourne Borough Council said the property fails to fit in with the surrounding area and described the house as cramped with a lack of windows in the main living area.
“The dwelling would provide a poor standard of living for future occupants with insufficient space available, poor access to natural light and little or no outlook,” said the spokesperson.
