Little ones raise big total for Cancer Research
Almost 100 Key Stage 1 children from Kingsham Primary School – some as young as five – took part in the Race for Life, raising more than £450 for the charity.
Members of staff and the parent-teacher association (PTA) were on hand to offer support and encouragement – and every one of the young athletes received a medal.

The children have been practising by jogging every day for five weeks, and we were delighted that even the youngest members of the school from England and Ireland classes completed the run.
"We have to thank the PTA for providing ice creams, and over one hundred parents for turning out to support – the result was a really worthwhile donation to charity that we’re all really proud of.”
