Going for a Swan
VISITORS young and old had a great time at the Arundel Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust Christmas weekend and enjoyed a wide range of activities, from storytelling to willow sculpture demonstrations.
Artist David Cook was on hand to show children how to make paper sculptures while Stella Swan told Christmas stories and, of course, there was plenty to occupy the parents, too.

For the more hardy visitors, the weekend was a perfect opportunity to see migratory birds in their winter plumage and afterwards enjoy a mince pie with a glass of mulled wine.
Exhibition and events co-ordinator Tamsin Xerxes was delighted with the weekend and said it was a great success.
