First phase of St Wilfrid's Hospice move set to begin
At the beginning of August, demolition contractors will begin clearing the Oakcroft Nursery site of redundant glass houses, out houses and overgrown vegetation in preparation for the relocation from its current home in Donnington.
Chief executive Alison Moorey said: “St Wilfrid’s Hospice is very much looking forward to becoming part of the local Bosham and Fishbourne communities and it is our aim to ensure that construction of this new facility will cause as little disruption to village life as possible.

Due to wildlife nesting habits, the hospice has until the end of November to ensure the site is completely cleared.
It is hoped that, providing enough money has been raised, construction of the new St Wilfrid’s will begin in spring 2017.
Should local residents have any questions or concerns regarding site clearance or any other aspect of the DREAMBUILDING project, they have been asked to contact DREAMBUILDING campaign coordinator, Chloe Neilson-Hopkins on 01243 775302 or by email: [email protected]
