Patients and visitors have been left queuing for 45 minutes trying to get into East Surrey Hospital.
A visitor taking their mother to the hospital for a check up reported queues from the right turning onto Three Arch Road to the hospital car park this afternoon (November 12).
They added: “Heaven help anyone in need for urgent medical attention today.”
