Police urge public to be vigilant after people ‘trying car door handles’ in Uckfield

People in Uckfield are being urged to stay vigilant after reports of people trying car door handles.

Police said the incidents happened around the area of Selby Road.

In a statement, police said; “Enquiries are ongoing but please be vigilant and keep your cars locked.

“If you have any information please report it to us on 101 ref 243 18/02/2021”
