West Wittering watersports company to offer free tide tables

The offer is being run by 2XS Shops Sports Club which offers a variety of watersports equipment at the beach in West Wittering.

In a statement Simon Bassett from 2XS Shop Sports Club said: “We are giving away local tide tables for West Wittering beach Chichester Harbour. The tide table is for the next twelve months if you’re into water sports, swimming or walking on the beach and tells you the high and low tide times in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Remember when the clocks change to BST (British Summer time) you will need to add an hour to the listed times.

“2XS are a specialist watersports company who teach sell and hire wingfoiling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing and stand-up paddlesurfing on the beach at West Wittering. You can also check out the weather on the beach with our live 2XS weather cam at https://www.2xs.co.uk/weather/.
